FAQs

Our standard custom jewelry takes an average 10-14 days to produce from
time of order. Certain special items can take up to 3 weeks. Please
consider this time frame when you place your order. Shipping time will
take an additional 2 business days or more based on which shipping
option you choose.

Yes, we do. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any
custom fees, import duties, taxes, and other local charges added by your
country's customs office.

Our personalized jewelry is hand-crafted from precious sterling silver, solid 10k or 14k gold. Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water.

White and Yellow Gold The purity of gold is measured in karats. Pure gold measures 24 karats but is too soft in this state to be used effectively in jewelry. So it is alloyed with other metals--silver, copper, nickel, and zinc--to increase its strength and durability. Common measurements once the alloy is added are 18 karat (75% gold), 14 karat (58%), and 10 karat (47.7%). In the United States, the legal karat limit for the metal to still be considered gold is 10 karats. A higher karat measurement in gold content indicates a greater value of the jewelry piece.

Rose Gold and Gold Rose gold is also commonly called pink gold. The hue is reached by increasing the amount of copper in the allow mix.

To keep gold shining and scratch-free, avoid contact with chlorine and other harsh chemicals. Do not wear jewelry during rough work and be sure to store it in a fabric-lined jewelry box or pouch. To clean gold jewelry, use warm water, a mild soap, and a soft bristled brush, if needed.

Please allow an additional 5-10 days for delivery of name rings and an additional 3-7 days for delivery of name necklaces, earrings and monogrammed items.

time you shop, you may place an order as a "guest" without creating an

Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver & other 7.5% is an alloy
including cooper. Copper can oxidize when in contact with your skin or
with the air. Therefore the alloy component can discolor or tarnish,
turning your sterling silver brownish or grayish black(oxidize). To keep
sterling silver looking great, give it a quick wipe with a cleaning
cloth after every wear and stored in an airtight environment if the
silver is going to be unworn for an extend period of time. i.e zip-block
bag.

Rhodium plating is a special process that gives sterling silver jewelry a
more vibrant, deep, and rich look to the silver. Simply stated, it
looks close to white gold. Rhodium is durable and scratch resistant and
rhodium plating on sterling silver jewelry protects it from tarnishing.
Sterling
silver jewelry with rhodium plating does not compromise the quality of
your sterling silver. In fact, your sterling silver jewelry will stay
brighter when treated properly. Rhodium plated jewelry will never
deteriorate and will not tarnish until the rhodium plating wears off.

Our name plates are made with a single plate of the metal you choose.
Double plated simply means we take two single plates and put it together
to make it a double plate.
Double plating can be done in ways where
it gives it extra thickness, sturdiness and 3D look by leaving a space
between the two plates
